The location is very closely in beach sides.
1. Staff aren't helpful. 2. There are not free WiFi at these resort (At the beginning, staff said that there are not free WiFi and we need to pay for using internet service (WiFi need to pay 100 baht for 70mins.) After checked the team of hotel voucher, there have free WiFi at here, then staff explained don't know how to operate the free WiFi. 3. The buffet breakfast are no more choice and the food are feel cold not hot. 4. I think staff without heart to serve each customer.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the beautiful beach of Chaweng, which is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The hotel is conveniently close to the lively nightlife area, making it a great choice for those looking to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
The breakfast experience was not up to par, as it was supposed to be a buffet but ended up being a limited choice from a menu. Overall though, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable and we had a pleasant time by the beach.

Close to the main street
Poor hotel, wifi was not working! Staff did not know how to operate the facilities. Room was at 3rd floor and no elevator... We asked a non smoker room but our room was reeking of cigarette smell, when we asked to change rooms they just moved us to the next room right after they sprayed it a little (didn't even remove the ashtray!). Really not worth the money especially when the adjacent Evergreen hotel was 5$ extra and was a huge leap in luxury.

If you are looking for a good located budget hotel you can come here: at the beach, at the heart of Chaweng (near the disco's)... but you should not expect too much of the hotel itself
Old dirty rooms (especially the bathroom), hotel could be nice if renovated, internet did not work during all my stay, no chairs at the swimming pool, limited and old chairs at the beach, noisy from building work in progress next to hotel

The location of this resort is excellent, with the beach just a short distance away. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a good view from the window. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided a decent variety of options and was enjoyable.
The only downside I found was that the bathrooms lacked certain amenities, such as a blow dryer and an outlet for one. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience.

Nice beach in front of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned but nothing special.
Quiet noisy, not the best place if you want to relax. Music was loud until late at night and you could also hear noise from other rooms.

The location is perfect, with easy access to shops and eateries nearby. the hotel offers a late check-out option and a room to shower before heading to the airport. Staff at reception are very friendly and accommodating. the beach is right next to the hotel and there is a swimming pool on site. the room is cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. Happy hour at the hotel is a great spot to enjoy the beach and sunset.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

Somebody stole from us two times during one-week stay! We suspect it was somebody from the staff. It is possible to open the door through the window!!! We saw that one day when the cleaning ladies were cleaning the rooms! We tried to open our room without a key and we had no problem with doing that!! Don't go there!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance - the pubs, restaurants, and even the beach. I loved being in the heart of the action. The room was just what I needed, with a good-sized bathroom and adequate amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. And to top it off, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.
No major complaints, everything was fine.
